This Privacy Policy applies to Live-Display.com and its digital-signage service.
Information we collect
Live-Display.com may collect account and venue information, contact details, device and screen status information, content and scheduling data, billing-related records, website usage information, and communications you send to us. If you enroll in text notifications, we also collect your mobile phone number, messaging preferences, consent records, and message delivery and response data.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure Live-Display.com, manage accounts and connected screens, deliver requested content and notifications, process transactions, troubleshoot service issues, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.
SMS privacy and consent
Live-Display.com does not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Policy. Mobile information is used only to provide and support transactional text-message notifications requested by the user. SMS consent is specific to the Live-Display.com messaging program and is not transferable to another business or campaign.
We may provide limited mobile information to service providers that help us operate the messaging program, such as telecommunications and infrastructure providers, only as necessary to deliver, secure, and support requested messages. These providers may not use that information for their own marketing.
Text-message disclosures
Live-Display.com sends transactional alerts and service updates to venue owners and managers who expressly opt in. Messages may include device offline and reconnection alerts, pairing confirmations, emergency-display notices, content update confirmations, and important account notifications. Message frequency varies according to device and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from using Live-Display.com, although you will no longer receive text notifications.
When information may be disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers working on our behalf, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect the rights and safety of Live-Display.com and its users, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality protections. Mobile opt-in information and consent remain excluded from sharing for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required business and consent records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update account information and notification preferences through your Live-Display.com account. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

We may update this policy as Live-Display.com changes. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the service when appropriate.
